Policies

• Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. 

• A late fee of 10% will be added to your account on the 5th of the month if tuition is not paid.

• Dancers who would like to unenroll must do so by the first of the month. Dancers who unenroll on or after the 1st of the month will still be charged tuition for that month. 

• No refunds on tuition or recital related fees

• Class placement is at the discretion of MDA staff. Children will be placed into the class that is most appropriate based on their current skill level and where they will make the most improvements. 

• Consistent attendance is strongly advised. Dancers who regularly attend their classes show the most improvement. Dancers who miss a class will be allowed a make up class in the level below their current class level within one month of the missed class. Refunds will not be given for missed classes. Team members should refer to their Team codes of conduct for absence information. 

• Maverick Dance Alliance will follow Hamilton County Schools for all closures due to inclement weather. 

• All holiday closures are listed on the studio calendar page.

• Maverick Dance Alliance is a bully free zone. Both dancers and parents are encouraged to report any form of bullying happening within the studio. If a report is made Emily will speak with all individuals involved to resolve the issue. 

• Children who are disruptive in class will be given a warning followed by asking the dancer to observe if the behavior does not improve in class. If a dancer is consistently disrupting class a parent/teacher meeting will be scheduled.
